Each session offers a calm and confidential environment where you can discuss what feels significant. We check in, explore your experiences at your own pace, and conclude with grounding techniques to ensure you leave feeling centred.
No preparation is needed. You can come exactly as you are. Some people like to jot down thoughts beforehand, but it’s completely optional.

Sessions are typically 50 minutes, unless we’ve agreed otherwise.
Most clients come weekly, but we can discuss what feels right for you. The frequency can change over time depending on your needs.

I’ll explain my cancellation policy clearly at the start. Life happens — just let me know as soon as you can.

That’s completely okay. Many people feel uncertain at first. The early sessions can help you get a sense of whether this space feels supportive.
